It is VERY easy to get cited for drug possession, or for drug use, or for drug manufacturing by  law enforcement in the U.S. of A.    They  DELIGHT in conviscating  YOUR  house[s] &, your bank account[s], your land, sea or air vehicle[s], your cash, your art objects, etc... ANYTHING valuable....it has gotten to be a BIG....a HUGE, Monetary ENTERPRISE  via auctions & ebay, etc. for Law Enforcement, & for DAs, Prosecutors, & AGs.  PLUS LONG prison sentences.   The US has surpassed the German Gestapo in WWII, as to this aspect of US Drug Enforcement, that is being MORE Gestapo than the Gestapo.   The US Constitution NEVER/EVER  intended the police in the US of A to act in that way!  In Colonial days, these governmental chaps would have been tarred & feathered ..., & then shown out of the village at the points of pitckforks!  The US Bill of Rights, item 8... specifically cites not to use Excessive bails nor Excessive fines. Police can get EXTRA Incentive $ for their  drug or alcohol work.     

There, certainly, can be analytical error[s] in their lab assay results on you.   We must be able to look for them, before your courtdate...insist that your atty gets this data.

Are you very adamant that you did not use drugs? Street drugs could be in your city drinking water &/or in the food that you ate.     When  people feel that the police are closing in, people will flush it down the toilet &/or dispose of it so that it can easily get into the food chain.
