Drug Defendant: Have you been unjustly accused for drug use or possession or manufacturing? I am a bio-analytical chemist  & also a forensic toxicologist. I have been involved in this , for many decades,... numerous times, courtroom qualified  as an expert  in the scientific aspects controlled subtances & in the evaluation of alleged clandestine laboratory end products,  or how one reacts to drug intake, or that drug amounts must be present in quantiies to have a drug effect.

It is VERY easy to get cited for drug possession, or for bio-drug use, or for drug manufacturing by  law enforcement in the U.S. of A & BE VICTIMIZED .    They,  gleefully, DELIGHT in conviscating  YOUR  house[s] &, your bank account[s], your land, sea or air vehicle[s], your cash, your art objects, etc... actually, ANYTHING valuable....it has gotten to be a BIG....a HUGE, Monetary ENTERPRISE  via auctions &/or via  E-Bay, etc. for Law Enforcement, & for DAs, Prosecutors, & AGs, in America.  Their retirements & life styles depend on it, while the Spirit of the  US Constitution frowns on this.  It should be called "Modern Day GovernmentalRacketeering" !    Too often, this $ from conviscations  does not have to be accounted for... could, easily, end up into going into DA's or an AG's election  into a judgeship!  

This website exists to help you out of this dilemma & courtroom nightmare!  The state's expert, definately, comes to bury YOU, & not praise YOU.   He is not a "Neutral" Person by any sense of the word.   He is more apt to quote political "science", than REAL science.  Often, if his Science Dept knew what nonsense he was testing to, the college would ask for his diplomas to be returned. 

There, certainly, can be analytical error[s] in their lab assay results on your case.   We must be able to look for them, before your courtdate...insist that your defense atty gets all  of this analytical data & a list of all the chemicals found in your possession or premises.  You should not be made to pay for this , for the lab's analytical data is the DA's real proofs in your courtroom case. 

Are you Very ADAMANT that you did not, personnally, use drugs? Street drugs could been easily placed  in your drink[s], drinking water,  &/or in the food that you ate,or even in the public drinking water from people discarding them down the toilet, etc.   without you, actually, knowing it.     When  drug people feel that the police are closing in on them, they will flush it down the toilet, which will eventually get it into the city water supply & your drinking water  [&/or] dispose of it so that illegal drugs can easily get into & chemically contaminate the US food chain .  Mega Tons of street drugs get into th USA, every year.You hear when law enforcement intercepts a shipment to the  USA, but you don't hear when they fail to stop it from coming in.   Under these circumstances,  having ZERO amts of street or Rx drugs in your blood or urine may be impossible.  The Politically ZERO Tolerance may be, now days , very hard to achieve.

Do you have an enemy or a competitor that would like to get you out of the picture?   Putting  a street drug  into your food or drink would be a VERY easy way of getting rid of you, ... as the two people pictured, above, could easily be Done In, by a disgruntled worker in the kitchen, who will get you into a lot of legal problems by you failing a drug urine screen .  SO,  BEWARE!

People get rid of street drugs by flushing them down the toilet, esp., when  the cops are on their trail...this gets it, easily, into the city water & street drugs can survive the water treatment plant.  

There were unhappy employees in a Pizza Hut restaurant close by in Richboro, PA, who put human feces into  the pizzas . This was reported in the local paper, but the Bucks Co. Health Commissioner kept it a SECRET & so did the Pizza Hut Corp.,.... but no one patronized that particular Pizza Hut Rest. & it went out of business!     Putting street drugs into sold restaurant food would, also, potentially be kept a SECRET. So, BEWARE...street drugs can be planted in your food or drink[s], so easily.

Many Street drugs have to be in the absolutely correct 3D shape, or be chiral, or  bio-identical.... for the human body to be able to use them/ or make use of them...The Law does not care about this very important  aspect, & due to that, you would absolutely Mis-Convicted due to political nonsense if the confiscated drug was not identified to be in the correct or useable 3D shape .
