Were you carstopped by the police & tested by a DR'E' cop, that is a Drug Recogntion 'E-X-P-E-R-T' cop,... you should have NOT cooperated with him,... except for giving him a urine or breath sample to avoid a REFUSAL charge, if this was requested of you ... BUT DON'T allow him to exam you, nor answer any of his questions....his background in real or medical science is, essentially, Non-Existent.  He is a modern day pseudo-"scientist".  The DR"E" protocol is based in mere collusion ... "if we all write our reports in this fashion. we be able to get away with its strategy". They are rewarded with EXTRA $ for their drug convictions. 

Did the Police accuse YOU of drug manufacturing?   ... that may not have been the case.  Police in the USA can get EXTRA, INCENTIVE $ & OverTime Pay from doing drug busts, or by getting drug convictions that can, easily,  lead to their BIAS ,potentially, showing up in their courtroom withpotential  mis-testimony in your drug case... I have to see all of the analytical results or laboratory data[ GC or GC/MS or Infra Red Scans, color tests etc.] , & the circumstances of the drug bust...what chemicals or materials were seized.

A cop may claim that he smelt marihuana  vapours coming out into the open air from your dwelling ... but it , probably, did not happen.   Was it marihuana or some other plant? Pot cases has many good or viable defenses, especially, in small seizures or when the green vegetation was burnt .

Did you loose your job over  a SAMSHA  urine drug testing?   You may have a viable defense...but I must be able to examine & study all of the SAMSHA's laboratory results on YOUR urine specimen.   "NOTHING VENTURED,... NOTHING GAINED!"

ZERO Tolerance Laws are based on ZERO Brain Matter of those, who promulgated them.   These ZERO Tolerance Laws will produce many mis-convictions, per year.... for it may be very impossible to get ZERO drug blood or urine levels  via street drug contamination,... when MEGA tons of street drugs get into the USA, each year. .. some of it will get into the food chain  or water sources.   Remember: marihuana Still is classified by the Feds: "As having no medicinal value at all" ... even after, Rx THC has been in the PDR, for decades, now! The Feds even called it "a narcotic", when it had no narcotic properties, at all!
