Were you carstopped by the police & tested by a DR'E' cop, that is a Drug Recogntion 'E-X-P-E-R-T' cop,... you should have NOT cooperated with him,... except for giving him a urine or blood sample, if this was requested of you ... BUT DON'T allow him to exam you, nor answer any of his questions....his background in real or medical science is essentially Non-Existent.  He is a modern day pseudo-scientist.  The DR"E" protocol is based in mere collusion ... if we all write our reports in this fashion. we be able to get away with it strategy. They are rewarded with extra $ for their drug convictions. 

Did the Police accuse YOU of drug manufacturing?... that may not have been the case.  Cops can get EXTRA INCENTIVE $ & OverTime Pay from doing drug busts, or by getting drug convictions that can, easily,  lead to their BIAS showing up in their courtroom mis-testimony in your case... I have to see all of the analytical results or laboratory data[ GC or GC/MS or Infra Red Scans, color tests etc.] , & the circumstances of the drug bust...what chemical or materials were seized.

A cop may claim that he smelt marihuana  vapours coming out into the open air from your dwelling ... but it , probably, did not happen.   Was it marihuana or some other plant? Pot cases has many good or viable defenses.

Did you loose your job over  a SAMSHA  urine drug testing?   You may have a viable defense...I must be able to study all of the SAMSHA laboratory results on your urine specimen.   NOTHING VENTURED, NOTHING GAINED!

Drug Defendant: Did your d-e-f-e-n-s-e atty. only wanted you to plead: Guilty?   Did he demand full payment of his fee , up-front, & when you got to court, suddenly, ... you had no defense?    Have you since checked with him if had enough legal malpractice insurance?     BEWARE: US law schools are producing law degreed persons, many only know how to schmoooooze...they learnt how to schmooooooze in law school.   Their main objective  is not to tick off his GREAT friend: the cop, the DA or the judge. The number of F. Lee Bailey-type-of-defense attorney is decreasing in the US of A.  BEWARE!
